*Photos/Videos will not be edited or filtered unless explicitly allowed by Leviticus Media.
*Photos/Videos may not be shared or distributed to magazines or profit-driven organizations.
*All Photos/Videos taken by Leviticus Media must be credited to Leviticus Media.
*Photos/Videos taken by Leviticus Media may be used for promotional purposes after been given permisson by Leviticus Media.
*I agree to rules mentioned above. If I dont follow the rules mentioned above, I will be subject to Arizona law, and with potential damages for copyright infringement, as permitted by federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 504).
*I agree, for collaboration shoots, if I no call/no show, I will be responsible for costs of the studio rental fee of $50 per hour.
*I agree, for paid commercial shoots, if I no call/no show, I will be responsible for costs of the studio rental fee of $50 per hour. I will also forfeit any deposits or monies paid beforehand.
*I acknowledge that Leviticus Media is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses I incur during my use of the studio, except in cases of the company’s gross negligence.
*I agree to use studio equipment carefully and in accordance with provided instructions, accepting financial responsibility for any damage caused by my misuse or negligence.
*I will indemnify and hold Leviticus Media harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from my use of the studio, including actions by third parties.
