Service Description
On Set at Arabella Studios Up to 3 outfits 20 Edited High Resolution Digital Images (per outfit) Studio Fee - $50 per hour - Includes all necessary lighting (RGB colored lighting, etc), paper backdrops, props, chairs, and more! - If other props or decorations are needed - those are provided and delivered by the client (please coordinate with LeviticusMedia) PLEASE READ: NO BOOKING THE DAY OF UNLESS YOU HAVE CONTACTED ME BEFORE-HAND FOR CONFIRMATION
Cancellation Policy
1. Media Ownership and Usage All media (videos and photographs) created by Leviticus Media remain its property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use. Commercial use, event promotion, or similar without credit or compensation is prohibited. Violations may lead to legal action. Booking implies agreement to all terms. 2. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No Call/No Show Bookings can be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the event date without penalty. Changes after 24 hours incur a 50% fee. A "no call/no show" (failure to appear or communicate within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time on-site) incurs a 50% fee. 3. Liability and Indemnification Leviticus Media is not liable for injuries, damages, or property loss during services. Clients indemnify Leviticus Media from claims arising from such incidents, assuming full responsibility. Leviticus Media’s insurance covers only its personnel and equipment. Additional insured or coverage requires a $1,000 fee. 4. Media Editing Edits by Leviticus Media are final unless pre-agreed. Additional edits post-delivery cost $75 per 50 media files. 5. Force Majeure Leviticus Media is not liable for service failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters). Rescheduling or refunds are at his discretion. 6.Client Conduct Clients ensure participant cooperation. Disruptive behavior may lead to service termination without refund. 7. Equipment and Access Clients provide location access (parking, utilities). Additional costs (e.g., parking fees) are client-borne. 8. Third-Party Permissions Clients secure permits for media production. Leviticus Media is not liable for interruptions. 9. Delivery Timeline Media is delivered within ~7 business days, with delay notifications. 10. Archival Policy Leviticus Media is retained on the website for 6 months, then may be deleted. Clients handle backups. 11. Right to Refuse Service Leviticus Media may refuse service for moral, legal, or ethical misalignments, without refund. 12. Dispute Resolution Unresolved disputes go to mediation/arbitration in [Specify Jurisdiction], with clients covering all costs. 13. Policy Updates Leviticus Media may update terms, notifying clients. Continued engagement implies acceptance. 14. Sensitive Content Clients disclose sensitive content for prior approval. 15. Safety Protocols Clients ensure safe event locations.
