*All exclusive rights to Photos/Videos are retained by the respective photographer/videographer

*Photos/Videos will not be edited or filtered unless explicitly allowed by the respective photographer/videographer

*Photos/Videos may not be shared or distributed to magazines or profit-driven organizations without consent of the respective photographer/videographer.

*All Photos/Videos must be credited by the respective photographer/videographer.

*Photos/Videos may be used for promotional purposes after given permission by the respective photographer/videographer.

*I agree to rules mentioned above. If I dont follow the rules mentioned above, I will be subject to Arizona law, and with potential damages for copyright infringement, as permitted by federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 504).

*I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in the pool/summer shoot, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, sun exposure, or other injuries, and I take full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may incur.

*I release Leviticus Media, the property owner, and their affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses I sustain during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

*I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the event and will disclose any relevant medical conditions, and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary, with all costs borne by me.

*I agree to be financially responsible for any damage I cause to the host’s property during the event. If the responsible party does not come forward to admit damages, the cost will be split amongst all attendees excluding Leviticus Media and the home owner.

*I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Leviticus Media and the property owner from any claims, lawsuits, or expenses arising from my actions or participation in the event.

*I agree to comply with all safety rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Leviticus Media during the event.
